Every Monday by noon, a new challenge will be posted for you on Dr.Anca’s Fb Pg. whithin the group.
All you have to do is implement the challenge throughout the week and return to the group’s page by the following weekend to share how it worked for you.
Some of these challenges might be difficult for some-that’s why they are called Challenges! The point is to become aware of your present habits( good or bad), develop new ones, break old patterns, like emotional eating and become more disciplined & take more charge!

Spring is a time of detoxing and inner cleansing. If you are considering a detox this spring, be sure to add probiotics (good bacteria) to your routine. There are three main steps to detoxing: 1) clean 2) capture 3) sweep. In step one, your body’s detoxing organs (for example, your skin, lymph, blood, liver and kidneys) work to clean out toxins hiding within your body. They send these toxins to your liver.
